3P Group was established in 1990 by Mr. M.S. Jain, starting with HDPE/PP woven sacks and paper converting/corrugation units. Over time it expanded its product lines through manufacturing facilities and alliances within and outside India.

The group positions itself as a One Stop Total Packaging Solutions provider so customers do not need to manage multiple vendors for different packaging requirements. Visible brand entities include PACK-O-CHEM, PACOKEM-3P and PARAS PACKAGING.
